Asparagus and Swiss Chard Quiche

Ingredients
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 C chopped Swiss chard (spines removed)
5-6 asparagus spears, chopped
1 C grated swiss cheese
5 eggs
2 TBSP olive oil
one Pie shell
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Saute garlic in olive oil until aromatic. Add asparagus and saute five minutes more, then add Swiss chard and saute an additional two minutes. Beat five eggs lightly, and pour into pie shell. Pour sauted veggies into eggs, mix it up a bit and add the swiss cheese.
Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
