Farm-more Stew

Ingredients
1 pound of green beans
3 small onions
3 cloves garlic
4 ears corn
1 pound potatoes
4 Smoked chicken or vege sausage links
Water
salt & pepper (preferably sea salt)
herbamare
olive oil
Preparation
Cut all vegetables in large chunks, making one inch wheels with the corn. Slice sausage into 1/2 inch disks. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to dutch oven, add garlic and onion cooking until just fragrant. Add green beans, potatoes, corn and 1-2 cups of water. Bring to light boil and cover for 10 min. Add sausage and stir together. Add salt, pepper and herbamare to taste. Reduce to a simmer and cook until vegetables are desired consistency.
**note - wait to add softer starchy potatoes until end. Waxy new potatoes will hold up fine otherwise.
